CAIIA provides lawful non-profit programs that help members and eligible partners understand markets,
prepare investment opportunities, build institutional relationships, manage material risks, and maintain
constructive engagement after investment. Every assignment is subject to capacity, due diligence, written

- Qualified introductions between eligible investors, enterprises, sponsors, and professional advisers.
- Coordination of meetings, site visits, delegations, and information requests.
- Progress monitoring and issue tracking.
- Post-investment care and early-stage problem solving.
- CAIIA's assessment is preliminary and is not a legal, technical, financial, tax, audit, valuation, environmental, or regulatory opinion. Participants must undertake their own due diligence and obtain independent professional advice.

- CAIIA documents the purpose, participants, authorization, and follow-up for material engagements. Participation never implies public endorsement, preferential access, or a guaranteed official decision.

- Responsible investment

- CAIIA promotes proportionate review of environmental, social, governance, integrity, and human-rights risks. Support may include:
- Beneficial ownership and commercial-background review.
- Anti-corruption and sanctions-risk awareness.
- Capital-origin and counterparty documentation.
- Labor conditions, forced-labor, and human-trafficking risk review.
- Land-use, livelihood, biodiversity, heritage, and community considerations.
- Stakeholder consultation and grievance planning.
- Governance and conflict-of-interest controls.
- Referrals to qualified independent experts.
- CAIIA may refuse or end support if information is false or incomplete, a material risk cannot be reasonably managed, or continued involvement would conflict with law, public policy, or CAIIA's principles.

CAIIA may offer seminars, briefings, workshops, and technical programs for market entry, project readiness, responsible investment, governance, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and cross-border cooperation.

Early dialogue before disputes escalate
For eligible commercial matters, CAIIA may offer voluntary, neutral, and confidential facilitation focused on communication, issue definition, and appropriate referral. CAIIA is not a court, arbitral tribunal, or substitute for legal counsel.

- The participant's identity and authority are verifiable
- The purpose is lawful and consistent with CAIIA's mandate
- Essential ownership, project, and funding information is available
- The opportunity has a reasonable commercial and development rationale
- Material integrity, sanctions, human-rights, environmental, and social risks can be assessed and managed
- Conflicts of interest are disclosed; and
- CAIIA has the capacity and appropriate role to assist
