Ngeth Vibol is General Manager of Phannthamit Co., Ltd., where he oversees business operations, develops work plans, manages budgets and coordinates teams to achieve business objectives. His experience spans private-sector management and public-sector administration, with a focus on financial management, operational coordination and stakeholder relationships. As Treasurer of CAIIA, he brings practical experience in budgeting, financial reporting and organisational management to the association.
Previously, Mr. Vibol served as Chief Curator and General Manager of Mane Hotel Collection from 2020 to 2025, overseeing hotel operations, business performance and service standards. From 2015 to 2020, he was the collection’s Finance and HR Manager, responsible for financial reports, annual budgets, operating expenses, recruitment, training, payroll and employee performance processes. These roles combined financial oversight with hands-on operational and people management.
His earlier public-sector experience includes assisting a prosecutor at Banteay Meanchey Provincial Court and supporting the Fuel Department within the Ministry of National Defence’s General Department of Logistics and Finance. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the National University of Management and a Taxation Professional Certificate, and completed an English programme at Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia.
