Sanha Rathmanero, known as Nero, works with Artane Partners as a Founder Associate in Capital Raising and Strategic Advisory. He supports growth equity, seed equity and secured debt mandates through financial analysis, investor materials and transaction research. He is pursuing a BSc in Management with Finance at Warwick Business School, with graduation expected in July 2028.
His experience includes supporting investor documentation and valuation work for a European renewable energy infrastructure platform seeking approximately EUR 28 million in growth equity, a US technology services platform seeking a US$5 million secured facility, and a semiconductor and battery intelligence company seeking US$2.5 million in extended seed financing.
Previously, Nero gained corporate finance experience at Rosewood Phnom Penh and researched financial law and compliance during an internship at Mane Law Firm. He also led fundraising and community initiatives for Habitat for Humanity Cambodia, raising over US$10,000 for affordable housing projects and coordinating more than 25 volunteers.
