Biography
Wang Xielin is a Senior Partner at Guangdong Huashang Law Firm and Director of its ASEAN Legal Service Center. He is a member of the first cohort of the Ministry of Justice of China’s “Leading Foreign-Related Lawyers” Senior Research Program, a Council Member of the Expert Committee of the China Service Trade Association, and an arbitrator with multiple domestic arbitration institutions.
He provides comprehensive legal services to enterprises operating across RCEP member states, including Vietnam, Indonesia, and Laos, with particular expertise in financial institution risk control and compliance, cross-border dispute resolution, and international legal cooperation. He is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA).
